Exchanges and Returns

1. The User has the right to freely terminate the contract within 15 (fifteen) days, counting from the date of receipt of the items, without having to give any reason for this purpose.

1.1. Upon exercising the right to free withdrawal, the User is obliged to return the items received and consequently only be reimbursed for the amount corresponding to their price.

2. When returning defective or incorrect items, refunds also cover the amounts paid for postage.

3. Refunds for items purchased at a discount correspond to the amounts actually paid for them.

4. Refunds of amounts relating to returned items only occur upon receipt by SOTA and provided they are in perfect condition.

5. SOTA reserves the right to refuse returns made after the deadline of 15 (fifteen) days, counting from the date of receipt of the items by the User (end of the period for making the return).

6. The costs of returning items, with the exception of defective or incorrect items, are borne by the User.

7.Items must be returned in the original unopened and sealed packaging.
